This special seminar for independent HR and IR consultants will discuss the law of workplace sexual harassment. It will focus on the circumstances where your employer clients can be liable for the sexual harassment committed by their employees and the (near perfect!) steps employers need to take to avoid liability.

The seminar will also explain the significantly higher damages orders which are being awarded in sexual harassment claims following the Full Federal Court’s decision in Richardson v Oracle Corporation.

We will also discuss a number of steps employers can take to reduce the likelihood a court will find them liable for sexual harassment.
