Due to high demand, we are pleased to release another edition of our Dismissing Ill or Injured Employees seminar. This lunchtime briefing will discuss the do’s and don’ts of dismissing employees who have become incapable of performing their job due to injury or illness.

We will also provide practical strategies employers and HR Managers can use to protect themselves from successful claims of unfair dismissal, general protections or discrimination in these situations.
