This seminar will discuss the often difficult question of what happens to employee entitlements in a sale of business situation. Adam Colquhoun and Katherine Stewart will explain the transfer of business provisions of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). This CPD seminar is intended to familiarise accountants with this complex area of employment law and provide practical tips.
