We are hosting a complimentary webinar of the topic of “Managing Ill and Injured Employees”.

The webinar will be hosted by Adam Colquhoun and Katherine Stewart from WestmoreJacobs. Katherine and Adam will be looking at the common mistakes employers make when dismissing ill or injured employees. From a legal perspective, there are many pitfalls which, if not carefully managed, may expose an employer to liability.

Katherine and Adam will be covering:

  • practical strategies employers can use to protect themselves from unfair dismissal, general protections or discrimination claims; and
  • the do’s and don’ts of dismissing employees who have become incapable of performing their job due to injury or illness.
